On mediumastro.co.uk there are professional, gifted and spiritual mediums.

Our clients are free to review all mediums. However we ask you to only review a medium you've had direct experience with. Each testimonial score is between 1-10 stars. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review testimonials we’ve received for one medium and divide that total by the number of testimonials scores we’ve received for this medium.

We take great care of publishing reviews respecting our client’s experience, our terms and conditions and our mediums work. In case you spot something suspicious, you can always report it to our customer service so we can investigate.

Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

• Politically sensitive comments
• Promotional content
• Illegal activities
• Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
• Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
• Spam and fake content
• Animal cruelty
• Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
• Deliberate and personal attack
• Any violation of our review guidelines or our terms of conditions.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will often be at the top, subject to a few other factors (length, relevance etc).

These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content of our site relevant and benevolent, without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.

Contributions should be medium-related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others choose the best suited medium for them. We invite you to not include personal, political or any other opinion in your commentary. Any promotional content will be removed.If you experienced issues concerning the site’s (and not the medium) services, please contact our customer service via the contact form. Furthemore, :site may not publish testimonials if an agreement procedure is already ongoing via the customer service.

Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please do not use any profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling. Comments including hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted and will be deleted.

All content should be genuine and unique to the client. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours, based on your own true experience.

Respect the privacy of others. :site will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
